Maravich and it's not even close. His NCAA scoring record is 400 points ahead of the next closest guy and he did it without a 3 point line AND he played in an era where freshman were not part of the varsity team so that entire season doesn't count toward his record. If you add Pistol's freshman season in, he'd be TWELVE HUNDRED POINTS ahead of the next closest guy who DID get to count all four years.
