I’m order to become a powerhouse, the recruiting has to become more pointed.

Raw athletes who can get buckets in HS are great, but you need more skill.

You need better shooters, better passers, higher IQ players. Less ball stoppers, more ball rotation.

You need to understand roster construction, develop a team with complimentary skill sets, and not have a group of guys that all do the same thing.

You need to keep developing a system, and recruit to it.

Wade is still so young. In my opinion He recruits great players, but I’m not sure how much of a plan he has constructing a team. Guys leaving early doesn’t help but his teams have always seemed to lack true cohesion.

We def need more skilled guards especially with Skylar leaving.

His teams won the SEC 2018 and 2nd 2019 won 50 games in 2 years, the team when he arrived wasn’t his. “ his teams always “ what?
