You have no say so.
You pay taxes because you have no choice.
Your taxes often go to fund an underclass that can victimize you and your family and you can't do a damned thing about it. They're seldom held accountable for their actions against you.
To top it off you're basically forbidden to defend yourself against this element. If you do, you'll be sued (If not incarcerated) for doing so and they WILL win.
That's the way it works.
