You could've just posted a regular tin foil hat, not sure what MAGA has to do with OP's opinion. Trump downplayed the virus for a few days and has been leading the charge to take it seriously for the weeks since then, R or D have nothing to do with how one perceives this.

The people drawing political lines in the sand and saying "you're on this side or that one, pick!" are the cause of 99% of America's problems. You definitely don't improve anything for the greater good of the country - including this pandemic - when you have that mindset. Quite the opposite.

I'm a Republican and a Trump supporter and I disagree with OP. I'm sure a lot - if not most - of the Repubs around here don't think the "pandemic is bull shite."

Can we not leave this shite out of it? The virus doesn't care if you're in a red or blue state or who you voted for in 2016, and it's gonna take effort from every class, race, and political party supporter in this country to defeat it and get rolling again.

I’m not a trump supporter for personal reasons. But I can both be ready to vote for an alternative while hoping that the coordinated US response including Trumps directives with help from the world ends the potential human and economic suffering the world is sure to endure if this thing continues to worsen.

The surest way for that to happen is if everyone understands that this virus is serious. And that it is not BS. And that it doesn’t care if you think it’s BS, it can kill you and your parents and grandparents.
