Things can open up whenever.

You’re just so partisan that you’re stuck. The idea behind this is to make sure that there’s hospital capacity. If there’s hospital capacity to handle the height of the infection, then open it up. Pretty simple.

No lives are being saved by sheltering in place other than the ones who would’ve lived with the system not overwhelmed.

ETA: the move by the governor of Washington isn’t data based. Just so we’re clear.

He's claiming that models show at least 1,000 deaths in Washington. Seems pretty far fetched given the rate of deaths.
