re: MD Anderson not taking patients from Louisiana for April

Well, honestly, if you live in South LA especially, you are in just as good of care at Mary Bird Perkins. I never blame anyone that goes to MDA for another opinion, but after everything is planned out for your course of treatment, and you live in South LA, you should be at Mary Bird Perkins. MBP can do virtually anything MDA does, except treat with protons. I won't get too deep in to it, but I know all this first hand. I didn't obtain this info from a friend of a friend. LOL
