I don't understand the reasoning behind issuing one for June 10th. Why not April 30th and reevaluate? Does it open them up to request more aid or something? See no positive benefits to saying a date so long in the future.

Say June 10th, open 2 weeks before or more. Look like you are worth a flying frick.
