I have a couple Goodyear rubber hoses that are at least 9 years old. They were pricy but obviously worth it.
ETA: not sure if they still make them though.

If it was the commercial grade ones then they are longer made by Goodyear. They are now made/sold under the Continental name brand. Same hose, just that Goodyear spun it off to them.
Those were/are great hoses. I've had two of them several years now. They never kink and have the swivtech ends on them. Mine are also 3/4 hoses and are heavy as hell.

There is still a Goodyear homeowner grade hose available, but it's just rebranded hose made by someone else. It's a kinking POS as I have one that I bought from HD last year. I won't make that mistake again.
