I just wonder if people who are predisposed to such incidents will be more inclined to ‘snap’ after weeks at home? God bless these officers. And this commander who was about to retire? Tragic.

My life was pretty bad in the last 35 years. I was dealing with people that were trying to take advantage of me and/or were trying to fix me that I was not needed fix. I had to deal with my severe sleep apnea that went on for about 35 years! I did get help for that but with all other situation going on was keeping me from getting the sleep corrected properly. Just this past winter I was able to get the right doctor and then was told to take melatonin and go back to using the sleep apnea machine but get a newer one. It took me about 3 months to start getting the REM(sleep 4 straight hours or more) for the first time in 30 or so years! I had a unnecessary major nose surgery about 20 years ago. The tissues in my nose that was replaced did not dissolved. When I saw this nurse she looked into my nose and said you have tissues that should have dissolved 1 month after surgery and then just 3 months ago it was completely gone. My body still got ways to go to heal. I was finally getting my REM. That was how bad I was not sleeping for so long. I am now getting tone muscles with just little workout. Huge difference of what I was missing for so long. No one told me about the tissues until this nurse and I was finally getting away from people in general so I could focus on my recovery. There are factors people needed to do to make it work. Got to get away from others that have been the problem and also had to move to find place to start over just way up Northwest St. Louis County from South St. Louis City. Working a lot better now.
