What'd the best depth to sink structure at? Got a few trees/artificials to sink and want the get the best out of them.

I think you should drop them on the deepest side of a creek channel.

Deepest I got is 8-9 ft. Should be enough right?

Should clarify, this is a neighborhood lake. I can kayak to all my spots, just want to ensure my bass population keeps growing

A few pieces here and there aren’t gonna make much of a difference in the population, and depth isn’t going to matter too much either. They will mainly serve as attractors, for you to fish, so put them where you can find them again. Depending on how much you like your neighbors, mark them with something or sink them too deep to find and remember where.
Bream can benefit from having very dense cover like massive thick brush piles or lily pads near a bedding area, but it takes a lot. Gives the fry a place to hide and keeps the 8” bass from eating them down too much. The bass will eventually benefit as the bream size becomes more diverse, but again you’re talking a lot of cover to see much benefit. Dropping a piece here and there is really just giving the bass a good spot to sit and ambush from.

doesn't matter IF the structure is tall enough to cover most of da water column, from just under da surface to da bottom, fish will move up and down the structure as conditions change...
