No, but most do and put a ridiculous amount of work and hours into it. The HS coach is by far the best resource. He has direct communication with college coaches. A HS football coach at an average program in an average area will still get anywhere from 10-30 different programs stopping into the school in the spring (except for this year unfortunately)

Recruiting sites and travel coaches cannot say the same
