You can’t compare public transportation to one of the biggest carnival celebrations in the world. Just like you can’t compare COVID19 to the flu.

Both cities have quite a few international visitors and from all over the US. Seems many hotspots for breakouts fit that mold.

Dude you don’t get it. We should’ve canceled everything in January. It was super obvious that was needed even in December. Makes me pine for October when things were simpler and also when we should have really started quarantining
