Restaurant space rents in the Lakeside area are stupid high right now. It's claimed several places (Jaegar's, NOLA Original Daiquiris, Morning Call), Bravo just announced they are closing. Would not surprise me to see PF Chang throwing in the towel, at least at that location.

Don't know on that one but Changs in Little Rock announced closing permanently this week
