Yep. Several tried to make the take out thing work for a week, but now most are shutting down after this weekend.

When the most popular restaurant in the city can't even make it a week on just take out orders, you know it is rough.

I'm seeing the same in my community. We have a few places that were opened for to-go orders that had closed. A few just closed out right (hopefully temporary) and a few more that do 95% takeout anyway are jumping right along. Our 1 biggest restaurant is still doing business but they are closed from 1-4.

My guess is that many places initially did the take-out thing to run through remaining product

Ki Mexico shut down. I guess a lot of these places relied on bar tabs.
