When's the last time we got one out of curiosity?

2017: 3rd rd - Trey Hendrickson LB FAU
2011: 7th rd - Nate Bussey LB ILL
2006: 7th rd - Marques Colston WR Hofstra
2004: 2nd Rd - Cortney Watson LB Notre Dame, 7th rd - Colby Buckwoldt LB BYU

Since the compensatory picks began in 1994 the Saints have the fewest pick of all 32 teams. 10 total.

Looking back at stupid draft choices in the last 10 yrs, this one was a total waste b/c SP fell in love with the dude... 2015 3rd rd (75th overall)- Garrett Grayson QB COLO ST.

Antonio Pittman was selected in the 4th round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. Pittman was cut on September 1, 2007 to make room on the roster for Pierre Thomas.

And if I am not mistaken we moved up to draft him...

We didn't get a compensatory pick in 2017. That pick was obtained through a trade.
