No. However if you peruse Mininova or other such sites, you can download every episodes. I did. Cheesy as frick, but still entertaining as hell to watch a guy make a laser out of newspaper a straw and his watch.

I have the first season on DVD

i was really young when it came on, but i remember watching it every day after school on...USA, I think(?)
