Would anyone consider not booing when Saban comes to Tiger Stadium in November? Not that I'd cheer but just imagine if you will.....

Saban played huge role in LSU's 03 NC and at least a small one in 07's. Yes he coaches for a rival and we need to kill Bama on the field but would it be viewed classy if we showed him more respect than he showed us? Just a thought so please no one rip me a new one....just throwing one out there...

you are about to get a new a-hole ripped into you.

I could careless who he is coaching. If he isn't coaching the tigers and he is playing against us that day he is tigerbait. everything he has done good for LSU goes out the window on that day for the game. all I know is I cant wait for the bama game.

also classy is the most over used and overrated word on this site or any site for that matter.

he will also hear alot worse than just boos on this day imo. you should hope for boos and not some of the other shite that i have a feeling will be thrown around.

I won't boo him. I have no ill will towards Saban, he brought me one of the best moments of my life when I watched us win the NC in '03.

what about in a few years when we have a pre-game ceremony celebrating the 03 NC and Saban is invited as a guest? even gator fans cheered spurrier two years ago...

then he will get a cheer if he isn't coaching bama.

if he is out of coaching or isn't playing LSU on that day then yea he will or at least from me. I acknowledge what he did for us and he did alot of good for LSU. Im thankfully for what he brought us and glad to have les miles.

exactly i look at him the sameway i look at tubby on gameday and any other coach. tigerbait. if les miles was to leave LSU at some point and we happened to play his new team then he would be tigerbait.

Tiger Baiting him is different from booing him.

Saban got his cheers when he coached the Dolphins in Tiger Stadium. He's going to be booed this time.

A similar arguement was made regarding the return of the Visor a few years back. Some booed, some applauded, all Gator Baited!

It will be the rowdiest pre-game atmosphere since 1979 versus USC, or maybe ever. It will have the largest number of fans on campus without tickets. It will eclipse (even if just slightly) the Florida game in 2007. Tigerbaiting is always extra-special against the Tide, this year trebly so. The authorities may have to restore order before the game. There will be 60 to 70k fans in attendance whose primary goal will be to 1.) Boo the head coach of Alabama; 2.) Tigerbait the head coach of Alabama; or 3.) Both 1.) & 2.).

It may not be all that classy, but it is LSU football. Tigerbait, tigerbait, tigerbait......
