FTR, I'm not saying I definitely had CV because without a test there was no way to be sure but I've never had a couple of the weird symptoms I ever had with previous colds.

My girlfriend's grandson who given how super contagious the virus is could have gotten it from me (or vice versa) and he had very similar symptoms in January. Despite a few different negative tests for the flu the doctors couldn't tell her what he had. The doctors finally concluded he probably had a sinus infection except for the fact he couldn't cough up anything. He (my girlfriend's grandson) was perfectly fine after about a week or so btw but up until then she was frustrated with the fact doctor's didn't seem to have a clue what was wrong with him.

Unfortunately, there's no way for doctors to go back and test the hundreds of thousands of swabs from negative flu tests from back in December, January, and February.

IF most of those negative flu tests were actually CV positives then there are likely hundreds of thousands if not millions of recovered people nationwide who have already had CV which would have huge implications regarding the recovery as well as the mortality rate of the virus.
