Literally zero reason to announce a “shelter in place” if it is actually no different than what’s currently in place.

It’s different. They will force the closure of all “non essential life sustaining” businesses.

The vast majority of politicians are starving for attention and power. Nothing satiates them. They starve for it.
They’re all giddy right now that they get to feel important and give press conferences and make decrees and whatever else. It’s sick.
