Possible, idk. Before Christmas I had a sore throat for 24 hours then extreme fatigue and a bad cough for a week, but no sinus involvement. Then it was gone and I was fine the next day. I figured the flu but it wasnt like the flu usually hits me.

Same. I had a sore throat on Sunday 2 weeks ago, then fatigue for a few days combined with a cough. The cough is finally starting to go away. Went to the doctor and he said likely a sinus infection. I never get a cough but have had it for 2 weeks.
Supposedly many people are not having fever as a symptom.
