I remember the one you are talking about under the water tower by the bridge when you could still drive over it. I feel old that I know all these other mentions are more recent things.

used to live near there, but never went inside (we was po)
there was a vincent's convenience store next door, hung around there occasionally, also laurel lea grocery across the street
