My best guess for Louisiana so far is about 41% of all deaths are from certified nursing homes and "adult residential facilities" (they report those two separately). The more interesting part is that every week that passes those two categories are contributing a larger percentage of Louisiana deaths.
For the last four Tuesday through Monday reporting periods, NH and ARF contributed 45%, 47%, 59%, and 65% (sequentially) of weekly Louisiana deaths according to my calculations (I did the last set of NH numbers in my head while running down the column of facilities, so it could be off).
