Yep. Lowe’s a smart guy. He knows it’s all about creating the perception that he’s rich and hot shite. That’s why he rented the mansion in Vegas and leases the hummer and whatever else he does. That image, real or fake, will get you in a lot of doors. In this case, he probably told this girl to come pose with him for 10 mins and say she’s the nanny. Then all over the internet he goes publishing this picture of him with his wife and the fine arse “nanny”, which everyone then believes he’s pulling. Truth is he ain’t pulling shite, but if one stupid OT 7 sees an OT 9 in a pic with a dude, that OT 7 is gonna think she needs to get with him too. Make it look like you have money and more money will come to you, make it look like you have women and more women will want you. Same reason that some women supposedly go for married men
