Meh, I have ALL the respect in the world for Clemson.

I don't think those were excuses at all. They are laying out, specifically, what they did wrong and how.

This wasn't like when Bama loses and its "oh we were better and we will win our inevitable mulligan".

They gave us credit for what we did, and at the same time, let you know where they messed up.

I agree. It seems like are just aware of where exactly they fell short. They even say multiple time in the article that they lost to the better team.

In the overall view. If LSU could pass protect.. their was no way to guard LSUs receivers.

Burrow processed so well and was so,accurate there was no way for Clemson to stop the LSU offense.

The LSU defense was good enough to stop Clemson for. 35 to 8 run from mid 2nd Qtr on
