re: How old were you when you got your first Hemorrhoid?

Just finished healing from my first bout at 37. Theh were external so not as bad. Here is what I did:

1. Check your diet. Eating poorly makes harder to pass bowel movements
2. Drink lots of water
3. Take five supplements
4. Try cleaning in the shower as much as possible or get a bidet. Wiping marathons are not helping anything
5. This may be the biggest one...do not take your cellphone in the bathroom with you. Sitting on the toilet longer puts pressure down there. Finish your business and go
