Zero disrespect to the Pistol with this question but did he have the athleticism to play with today’s players? Would he thrive similar to what Doncic is doing to the league these days? Curious what you guys think who watched him play in his prime

Pete should’ve played in today’s game. That’s how much farther ahead of his time he was. Even MJ and Magic have stated, they watched PM to hone their game.

Today’s players are playing the way they do because of Pistol Pete Maravich.

Pete revolutionized the game.

You can’t say that about many players in any sport.

I don’t know your age (and no disrespect) but I will continue to post about Pete on this board because what he did at LSU and for the sport of basketball should never be forgotten.

NO ONE, not even Joe Burrow, worked as hard on his game and conditioning as Pete did. Watch some film. Whistle to whistle balls to the wall.
