Congratulations to Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf

He’s my favorite athlete of any kind of all time, and today was long overdue. In addition to being a great player, Mahmoud dealt with 1990’s cancel culture with courage and grace, and today it was wonderful to see him thank Coach Brown for inspiring him to be a true family man after growing up without a father of his own.
