I wash my hands during the winter months every time I can. Sometimes 15 or even 20 times a day. I haven’t had a cold or the flu in years.

That is why I put gloves on the list. Wearing gloves cuts down on the amount of handwashing required. Plus it is a lot easier on the skin.
