It can work against you as well. People with hands that are too big have trouble with touch and accuracy like Jamarcus Russell. Incorrect launch angles with excessive pressure at the wrong places turns into poor accuracy.

But as proven here, Russell didn't have big hands just a shitty franchise and work ethic
