Why would a Christian CARE (one way or another) how another person chooses to seek the divine?
But seeing as how Islam is a direct rejection and refutation of the one and only essential precept of Christianity (the divinity of Jesus), I can see how many Christians would consider them in error, at least as much as atheists would be.
