HAD. Things have changed to the point that I'm not even sure that at this point repealing Obamacare is going to fix it. In another generation you're going to end up with socialized medicine with NPs for the majority of us, and private medicine at university hospitals run by MDs/DOs for the 0.25% and high level government employees.
