I thought that too, but even if it was, it would still be inadmissible hearsay and lay opinion testimony that is in no way relevant and blatantly prejudicial. Is she just trying to offer additional evidence to the court of appeal that she abused her power in this case?

Good Lord, people, she did not admit this letter in the evidence.

When someone writes to a court, or any government agency, the document becomes public record. It must be filed and maintained somewhere. That stamp simply says that it can be included in the file for the pending court case.

I seriously doubt that the judge is going to read every letter written to the court by some yahoo with an opinion.
