Do we love mass incarceration, or simply have a lot of folk who don't or won't follow the law? Do you want to turn them all out, or do we keep the predators in prison? The Constitution is the Supreme law of the land, do we just blow it off when someone violates it, so dipsticks won't accuse us of loving mass incarceration?
