Never been to an NBA game but would like to go to one of the weekend games coming up. Obviously i'd like to not pay $40 fees for $40 tickets or get stabbed meeting a guy from craigslist.

SeatGeek is the official app of the Pels. In one way or another you end up paying some fees. If I am looking to move to the lower bowl I usually shop tickpick, stubhub and SeatGeek.

Is seatgeek the site that doesn’t charge outrageous processing fees like Ticketmaster and Stubhub

Sometimes the pelicans will be selling tickets on ticketmaster without fees. The tickets are usually in the 300 section.

Also follow the Pelicans on Twitter. Sometimes they advertise for promotional tickets on there. I got a decent pull over with my ticket in lower club for 100 bucks total.

My cousin RayRay sells them outside of the parking lot.

SeatGeek still charges fees not sure how they compare to stubhub.

SeatGeek fees vary on the event, but usually average around 20% of the ticket costs for Pelicans games.

If you wait a little closer to the day of the game the Pels release tickets directly to Seatgeek and there are no fees.

I get bummed every time I think about the sweet tickets I used to have.
