I have a 2017 RR Supercharged - love the way it drives but honestly, it’s overpriced - more tech than you need or use, but it looks good and it’s fast - under warranty still and I’ve had to bring it in probably 6-8 times in 2 years - all free fixes for minor non mechanical items (all tech items like heated seats and Bluetooth issues etc) - they give free loaner so it’s not a big deal. Save money and buy last years model with low mileage - prolly save $25k over brand new and still get bulk of warranty

I drive a 2012 RR Sport HSE w/ 113K mi on the clock. I bought it w/25K mi and CPO, so I had warranty up to 100K. It's been an excellent vehicle, brakes and tires are of course expensive. I go to an independent shop for routine maintenance, they are on the level. I never had any major mechanical problems - worst thing that I've had happen was an ignition coil go out at around 105K mi. Ext paint still looks great and inside appointments have held up very well. It's been off-road, its been in snow/ice and flash floods and has done what I've needed it to. It is a superb handling vehicle (unibody construction) that belies its size and boxy look (its the previous body style). Definitely got money's worth, and haven't had the yen to get rid of it yet - that's unusual for me.

Wife has a 2013 LR4 the Lux HSE version. Also bought it CPO w/ this one w/ 10K on the odo. It just turned over 100K. Had a few more nuisance issues - never anything catastrophic and other than same high cost to own as any premium car brand, I can't complain. We've used it to tow a boat, family vacations, etc and have no complaints. Before that she had a Sequoia she put about 150K on before passing it down to the first driving kid. Ext paint looks great, insides still comfortable and nice. Don't know when she'll buy something new or what it will be, but I wouldn't be shocked if she owned another Land Rover.

In the last 20 years we have owned Toyota, Nissan, VW, Lexus, Volvo, BMW and MB (including cars I have bought for teenage drivers) and ownership experience has not been out of line with the others.
