Potatoes
Garlic
Mushroom

That's all I need. Some people go overboard with it. My rule of thumb is to never make special requests if you're not the one doing to boiling. I also hate it when people bring their own extras. Don't get me wrong it taste delicious, and good when you don't want to buy a ton of crawfish and ppl can fill up on that, but I feel like it takes away from the crawfish too mich
