Loved Brianna wedding dress, but I liked Claire's better. Nice to see Jamie in his kilt again. Loved the new house.

Good episode. Forgot how cheesy some of the romantic stuff is. I mean why is there a love scene in every episode?
How many shows show the same couple having sex over and over?

FIFY
No I genuinely enjoy the story, but that was definitely something my wife would have said.
We'll watch a show and at the end she'll go, "she had really pretty eyes." Im like ok, well did you like the show?

Lol 10-4. I like the story too, but I was being spoiler without being spoiler. I also loved young Jamie and murtaugh.

I found out they released the season premiere Friday night so watched it then
Really curious to see how Murtaugh's story plays out considering he died in the books at Culloden.
I'm watching Ford vs Ferrari. Didn't realize before that Caitriona Balfe (Claire) is in that movie.

I'm wondering how fortunes of the Jamie and Claire improved so quickly that they were able to built a big new house completely landscaped with a bunch of new settlers when it appears just a few months have past as Brianna baby was still an infant. They had a hard time getting anyone to settle because of the taxation from the Governor.
It's ticky-tacky but I get like that sometimes.

So it was pretty much the 4 of us that took last season to like 20 pages right?
Surprised the dude who doesnt even watch the show hasn't jumped in about being pissed of the way they displayed Scottish history in the Carolinas. God that dude sucked.

That was hilarious though
Someone upset that a show with the basis of TIME TRAVEL isn’t realistic enough
Eta: he totally just wanted a way to not so subtly brag about his heritage

I enjoyed the hot takes last year.

Apparently there was a lot of bitching from the online Outlander community because last season didn't have as many sex scenes, so my wife guaranteed there would be a racy one between Jamie and Claire in the premier

My wife wasn't happy about that either. She loves nekkid jamie. Lol

What straight woman doesn’t??!
Eta: it’s been awhile since I read all the books.
Iirc....the book this one was based on (The Fiery Cross) was really long and drug on at times.

True lol
Though I am guessing they didn't wanna show sex scenes between Claire and Jamie because they are older now.

Just finished tonight’s episode and it’s good.
For the book readers- a few questions.
Brianne and Roger talk about staying or going back to the future. They act like they’ll never see each other again. Why can’t they just visit and or go back-and-forth? Cant they spend summers in the 1700s?
Also to that point why can’t they go back to the future and bring stuff back with them to help society? Antibiotics, supplies etc.
