Tell the Dr. all of this. That's what they're for.

It's likely he will double the Lisinopril to 20mg.

My wife's a nurse(no pics but an OT 6.9, lol), she said the same exact thing after the first week when my bp wouldn't budge that they need to increase to 20mg of lisinopril....I will also suggest it...
