Which church is right though? There are many of them.
Ideally we would have one visible church with many local congregations adhering to the scriptures with no divisions, but the visible church is full of sinners and so disagreements arise and we have various denominations to accommodate the differences.
I’d rather a thousand denominations that differ over trivial aspects of the faith than everyone being led astray by the false teachings over justification (for instance) of a single fallible man.
