He should not be recused. Does anyone think Liljeburg would have recused himself from these cases as well, having been overwhelmingly supported by the plaintiff bar ilk? Not a chance. As an attorney you run that risk when you get involved in judicial races. You have to be prepared that your horse might lose and you will be stuck with a winner you were publicly opposed to. This is bullshite and simply the scumbags, being the democrats/RINOs they are, trying to undo an election.

He didn't.

A majority of the other SC justices forcibly recused him.

And you are correct. Liljberg would have been bought and paid for and not forced off.
