Bought mine at Gautier's in Lafayette after having Berryland and Gautier compete on the price.

I have heard more good than bad about Berryland, more bad than good about Dixie.

I am a do it yourselfer, so unless I have a major failure, I will fix it myself as opposed to leaving it at dealer for weeks at a time. For many warranty issues you can bypass the dealer and go to manufacturer yourself and get a quicker resolution.

I’m fine with fixing things myself. Any suggestions about what to bring when towing, outside of a basic tool kit?
