How clean does it get your carpet floors? How often do you feel like you still need to use a regular vacuum after it?

I have hardwood floors with thin area carpets. So never.
I'll bring a broom out for overhangs it can't get under but that's about it.
Housekeeper comes once a month for deep clean.
