Everyone walks around with insertable microchips. Scan the microchip at the market and buy food. Go to your doctor and the nurse scans your medical records on the microchip. Scan for everything. Plus, they can track everyone that way. From there they can expand to control everyone. So they will argue, move towards One World Government to save the planet .
