Some service company catered boiled crawfish for the drilling rig I’m working on near Shreveport. They were not edible. Most of them were rotten mush and smelled of death. I didn’t cook because I thought I would eat crawfish but I threw them out. So now I’m waiting on a pizza at Johnny’s.
