That isn't first-class. It's the back of the plane. The galley is visible behind him. It's clearly a regional jet 2x2 configuration.
Plus she replied to some guy bragging about flying first class saying she doesn't get sent first class to a work conference.
Plus AA confirmed it was a regional airline:
