It's not that that keeps people in the hospital. My girlfriend got rhabdo from orange theory and was in the hospital just about 3 days. She was on constant IV fluids to flush the damaging shite out, her kidney function was being monitored and her arms were so swollen they were afraid she was gonna get compartment syndrome. It's no joke.
