This was a poor job by her advance people, if she has any. You have to plant at least a couple of interns in there beforehand who will act like they are excited to see you and take a pic, then the handler can "move you onto your next stop" so you don't stand there talking to nobody like a dope.
But she has never had any curb appeal and its hard to pull off retail politics if people find you repellent.
