The fact that you'd suggest that he go to work for LSU alumni, "without a degree" suggests that you don't believe that he is capable of earning an honest living outside of relying on his background as a football player.

Only problem with this is, it's literally what coaches promise kids during recruiting - "if you sign with us, even if pro football doesn't work out, you'll be taken care of by our alumni base", and also the reason why folks on this very board crap on LA kids who go out of state and say things like "don't come back to LA".
But how quickly that's forgotten.
