So it was a freshman's job to lead the team.
And I'd think a generational talent, and future no. 1 NBA draft pick could put a college team on his shoulders. And that team surrounding Simmons had a good bit of talent.
But that didn't happen. And how about Ben's final act: that spectacular 33 point loss to A&M in the SEC tourney? That's leadership right there.

You're right. Johnny Jones didn't do his job getting the team ready to play. Good point.
