You cannot compare the two, Mahomes is an exceptional QB and has proven it every year in his very short NFL career so for. When Joe proves it at the next level than we can say so, but right now you're trying to compare a gifted young QB that just had 1 tremendous season in college to a phenomenal NFL QB that just won a SB at a very young age. I love both QB's, but too early to compare the 2, also, someone said Mahomes can't throw out of the pocket. This isn't true, he can throw from anywhere, out of the pocket, on the run or on top of his head if he needed to, dude is just unreal. He had a bad game in that Super Bowl game last nite, and yet he still managed to rally his team to victory with making outstanding plays. Dude is a magician of a QB.

Mahomes and Burrow compare most in their intangibles. Both are great leaders. Their guys go to war for them and believe in them to guide the team to victory no matter what. They both thrive under pressure.

Mahomes really is a magician out there. Burrow was for us this season as well.

No NFL team would not trade the #1 overall pick for Mahomes. You do that deal in a heartbeat. He played pretty poorly for most of the Super Bowl but rose to the occasion when it mattered. The chiefs trailed by 10+ points 5 times this season including in every playoff game and went 5-0 in those games. Pat is a special player and so young. If all 32 teams started from scratch and drafted from a pool of every guy on earth who plays football, Mahomes is going #1.

If Burrow even runs in the high 4.6s in the 40 I’ll be shocked. He won’t time that fast. I will say that I guarantee he plays faster than he times.

I also really like the Deshaun Watson comparison for burrow. Both guys are tough, great leaders, and winners who know how to use their mobility to buy time to throw. Both inspire confidence under center.

I think Burrow is a future franchise QB in the NFL and the best college QB I’ve ever seen. There should be a statue of him in front of Tiger Stadium one day, but to say Joe is currently better or more accomplished than Pat Mahomes is laughable.
